1. How long does shipping take?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the U.S. Orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days after processing.
2. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can also email us at oxirashop@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll update you directly.
3. Can I return an item?
Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is free, and there are no restocking fees.
4. How do I start a return?
To start a return, email us at oxirashop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label.
5. When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options provided at checkout.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our service area in the near future.
